Body Rocking

One core conept of creating attraction through body language is the use of body rocking. When you meet a woman for the first time you need to present yourself as a high value male. You can do this via body rocking. Body rocking is simply using your body language to move closer or move outward when you’re in a conversation. When you slightly turn your body AWAY from her you are communicating DISINTEREST in her and she will WANT to regain your attention. The key is being subtle, too much movement and she understands that you have a motive, but if your slight body turn is very subtle she will believe that you are naturally disinterested in her (beautiful women CRAVE what they can’t have) and so begins the chase. She now WANTS your attention and wants YOU to like her.

Kino-Escelation

Women LOVE to be touched. Touching early on in an interaction with women really sets the stage for body language flirting later on. It has been scientifically proven that skin to skin contact releases hormones which makes people closer to one another. The key to proper proper physical escelation is based on how well you can use your body language.  The easiest way to set the tone for being physical is by working you way up the escalation ladder (credit Vin Dicarlo for inventing the escelation ladder).
Basically you need to start with something small within the first 2 minutes, something like a high 5. As soon as she says something cool, give her a high 5 and say “you’re so awesome, you’re the little sister I never had” (were establishing playfulness, as well as physical touching early on). A high 5 doesn’t sound like much BUT it sets the stage and makes it EASIER to transition to heavier touching. Imagine how weird it would be if you had never touched her yet you wanted to kiss her? Small steps grasshopper…..

Body Language Flirting Tip #3
Posture

Posture is something you should constantly be working on if you want to become good at body language flirting. Different scenarios call for different postures but I’ll go through a couple of the most common scenarios. As a general rule, you should always be “comfortable” and never let your anxiety or nerves reflect your body language.

When you’re sitting:
You should take up a fair amount of space and be relaxed. This conveys your self-confident and assured. Don’t cramp up and be really “small” with your body language. The general rule is this: the more open your body language is and the more space your occupy the better. Think of yourself in a “power position so to speak.” Portray yourself as the man among boys.

When you’re standing:

Stand with the shoulders at the part, and legs slightly wider than your hips. This stance portrays you as the alpha male and opens the door to body language flirting. Another body language flirting technique that you can use is the “figure-8” (credit Mystery for inventing this). The figure 8 is a loop process (kind of like body-rocking) where you can either give the girl an indicator of interest or an indicator of disinterest depending upon your body language. In a club environment (or any other loud environment) you have the freedom to move around slightly and when your talking to a girl you can either move in or move out depending upon whether you want to show interest or disinterest.

It’s a difficult concept to explain on paper but I’ve attached a video to help you understand it.

If your goal is become confident around women then I recommend telling yourself 3 times a day that you are confident with women. Simply find a quite part of your day and tell yourself that you are confident with women. Say it with authority and meaning. The whole idea behind affirmations is to make ingrain a certain belief-set within yourself so its vital that you SAY IT WITH AUTHORITY!

Another great way to build confidence with women is by stepping out of your comfort zone. This will not only build confidence with women but it will also build lasting inner confidence. Have you ever done something that you thought would be IMPOSSIBLE? Maybe you climbed Mount Everst  or ran a marathon. Remember how you felt afterwards, like you could do anything in life! Stepping out of your comfort zone will give you so much confidence with women that you’ll be shocked. Besides the fact that women are attracted to confident men you will also feel better about yourself.

My last tip on how to achieve confidence with women is very simple but it is the most important tip I have so listen up. The absolute best way to build confidence with women is by actually talking to women. Revolutionary, eh? I recommend that you try to start a conversation with every random attractive woman you see. That sounds pretty stressfull right? What do I say, how do I act, how do I get her to come back to my place? Don’t worry about those things. You’re sole objective is to simply say “hi.” Your sole objective is to achieve confidence with women. So you need to incrementally build your confidence level notch by notch. If you can successfully say hello to women then you can move onto holding the conversation a little bit longer. The key is to incrementally build confidence with women.

Naturally, high school is made up of a social hierarchy. That hierarchy will differ though depending upon your particular school. In some schools the football team is at the top, and in other schools the debate team will be at the top. For a girl in high school, having a boyfriend is a completely new experience so it’s important that you don’t make her feel like a slut or move too fast. The important thing is getting to know her and whats important to her.

That is what will separate those of you that will actually get a girlfriend in high school from those of you that will be left using your tears as lube jerking it on Saturday night.
