Here are a few ways to keep foreplay going:

• Kiss her for 10-15 minutes before taking off clothes (hers or yours)
• Rub her over her “area” for 5 FULL minutes and refuse to take her panties or clothes off no matter how much she or you wants it – tell her how much she wants you AND how much you want her

If you start the technique I’m about to share with you AFTER you do all this stuff then you are almost GUARANTEED to give her a foreplay orgasm =)

So.. the easiest way to give her a foreplay orgasm is by stimulating her “love button”.

Here’s one way to do it that I know your girl will like =)

When massaging it, use one finger in circular strokes directly on it, but to the upper right.

Think of it like the 1:30 position on a clock. For reasons I can’t explain, this particular area of a woman’s clitoris is packed with even MORE nerve endings than the rest!

Make sure she is wet, or add lube (you can also lick your finger).

It’s important that you keep a steady pressure the whole time, but not too hard! We girls are much more sensitive than you are, so start off light, and don’t go harder until she starts pressing herself against you.

However, you don’t need to be bad boy to create bad boy emotions within her in the bedroom. Just be a bad boy yourself by giving her a light spanking, talking dirty, and giving it to her good!

Mistake #3) Forgetting To Be A MAN

Ask any 100 women off of the street and 99 of them will tell you that they want a man that TAKES CONTROL.

That’s right, we want YOU to call the shots!

As long as you are respectful, your girl DOES want you to take control in the bedroom, to flip her around and switch positions without asking, and to do what YOU want!

Women are programmed to respond to strong, authoritative, confident men. It signifies that you are a protector, a leader, and a suitable mate.

Sure, it’s ok to ask her if she is enjoying something… but keep it simple. Save the talk about actual positions she liked for AFTER you are done.

Now don’t get me wrong – you are not making her a slave here, but rather leading with authority and masculine strength.

Once you start doing this you will be able to do many things with her in the bedroom that she earlier would not do. Many guys often think a woman is just uptight if she doesn’t want to do something… when in reality she just needs you to be a man and guide her with strength and confidence. You’ll be amazed at just how powerfully she responds!

Mistake #4) Thinking Sex Isn’t That Important To Her

If you want to know how much women LOVE sex… just think about how loudly we scream during lovemaking! You won’t ever hear a guy screaming like that!

You might THINK that your drive is much higher than your woman’s because YOU are usually the one initiating sex with her. But…

As hard as it is to accept, recognize that if your girl doesn’t want to make love, it is NOT always because she doesn’t want to.

Unfortunately, it’s probably because you just aren’t getting her off.

Mistake #5) Being Silent/Emotionless in Bed

You may think that it is “cheesy” or “creepy” to talk romantically in bed. (you may think its weird to talk at all in bed) However, women HATE silent, mechanical lovemaking.

Why?

I’ll say it again: We women THRIVE on emotion.

Dirty talk or romantic talk are EXCELLENT ways to give your girl STRONG EMOTIONS in bed. And strong emotions = STRONG ORGASMS.

Never think that it is solely your physical parts or motions you are making that give your girl the most pleasure. The most POWERFUL “BIG O” will always be triggered by our MINDS, not by our physical bodies.

While doing nice things for your girl is awesome, it should NEVER be with the intention of GETTING SOME. When you have to trade something to get intimacy from your girl, realize that this is PROOF you are just not truly satisfying her in the bedroom.

When you are intimately satisfying your girl you will not have to trade ANYTHING for it, but she will often spontaneously text you sexy messages, buy YOU a small gift, or begin initiating lovemaking constantly. Just wait and see!

Mistake #7) Not Giving Her Enough “Foreplay”

If you still think of “foreplay” as the activity before lovemaking, well then you are thinking of it WRONG!

Here’s a hint: Women consider foreplay as PART of the lovemaking. NOT as a separate thing!

Here’s why:

While a man is not always capable of having a “Big O” during foreplay AND then another “Big O” during the actual lovemaking, WOMEN CAN!

Imagine if YOU could have one during foreplay… AND not lose any firmness and keep having them well into lovemaking. You’d want to spend A LOT of time in foreplay too, right?

Well your girl CAN have foreplay “O’s” AND penetration “O’s” so she DOES want to spend a lot of time in foreplay. As she should!

As a rule of thumb, spend at least the same amount of time on foreplay as lovemaking and you can always spend EVEN MORE time in foreplay. You can never get her too turned on and it will only make the lovemaking better when you are finally inside of her.

Mistake #8) Not Lasting Long Enough

This mistake is well known and very simple, but no list of mistakes in the bedroom would be complete without it. But while all guys know they need to last long… they don’t necessarily know HOW LONG that is!

Well, after talking to dozens of my girlfriends about the subject, I’ve discovered that we all think pretty much alike…

If you can last at least 20 minutes, most women will be SUPER happy with that!

Mistake #9) Mistaking Her Moody-ness For NORMAL Behavior

It’s no secret that we women can be a LOT moodier than you men =)

But if you’re in a relationship with a woman and she seems to keep getting more and more moody over time… this is often because she isn’t getting what she needs in the bedroom.

FACT.

As we talked about before… while women aren’t usually as sexually aggressive as men, we do love and NEED to make love just as much!

But here’s the thing… if you’re not giving her the “Big O”… then lovemaking does her no good!

Can you imagine if when you were “taking care of yourself” you could NEVER “get there”? You’d begin to enjoy it less and less each time. Eventually you’d get so frustrated by the inability to “finish” that it would just be easier to avoid it COMPLETELY!

This leads to only being with you on special occasions… or when she feels obligated (like if a guy bought her a fancy dinner or some sort of gift.)

If you recognize any of these signs, it’s time to step up your game NOW before the drought gets even worse.

And when you do, you’ll discover that when you are completely rocking her world in bed, not only is she in a better mood on a day-to-day basis… but SHE’LL start initiating making love with YOU!

Authority.

That is what the “A” stands for in the P.A.V.E. system I show in the 2 Girls Teach Sex DVDs, and it’s the topic of your 10th and final lesson.

I saved one of the best lessons for last, and I mean it. There are few things that turn a girl on MORE than a guy who commands authority in the bedroom. When you act like a man it makes us feel like women =)

There are a lot of ways to be authoritative with your girl. Here are six you can use to get on the right track, tonight!

1) Take charge!

This starts right from the beginning. Don’t ASK for sex. Just make your move! YOU must lead the interaction.

Here’s a great way to show her you’re in control: Once you have her turned on, naked, and ready to go, tell her she isn’t ready yet.

Tease her, and tell her she has to beg for it before you will give it to her.

Then tell her what positions to get in, tell her what to say, tell her whatever… just make sure you are leading!

Make her orgasm on your command. When she is getting close, tell her you want her to come for you.OR tell her she isn’t allowed to come until you say it’s OK. Then keep doing her hard and make her wait for your OK.

That last one is an advanced technique =) (I explain exactly how to do it in my 2 Girls Teach Sex DVD program), and we girls looooove it. Try it out!

2) Talk dirty.

The whole authority thing backfires if you proceed to have silent sex with me!

Start early… If you’re meeting up with your girl later, call or text her ahead of time and tell her you’re going to do bad things to her. Tell her she better be ready.

Don’t know what to say once you are all over each other? Start by just describing what you’re doing, then tell her what you’re about to do to her.

Tell me what positions to get into. Tell me to talk dirty to you, tell me whatever, but save the “I Love You’s” for another day!

3) Do me hard!

You can’t be authoritative if you aren’t giving it to me hard, plain and simple. Save the sensitive love-making for another time. You have to put me in positions that are good for this – doggystyle is GREAT and so are a lot of other positions I cover in 2 Girls Teach Sex (duh =) )

But don’t confuse hard with fast. You don’t have to be pounding away like a jackhammer -just full, hard, and deep.

Get Physical! Gently but firmly pull her hair from the back near the roots, slap her lightly on the ass, throw her onto the bed, “mock” rip her clothes off with your teeth!

4) Use authority THROUGHOUT the whole experience.

Lead the way, tell me what positions to get in, and I will love it.

Talk dirty to me and I will love it.

Do me hard and I will love it.

But do ALL of these things… and watch me totally lose control and come over and over at your command!

5) It is all relative.

Authoritative for one couple might be completely different from authoritative for another couple.

If you have been having boring, quiet, missionary sex, with the lights out for the last 15 years – you have to be careful not to do too much too soon. This can make her uncomfortable and ruin the experience.

So start out slow if you have to. As you both get more comfortable you can keep adding to the authority… and having more and more fun!

6) IMPORTANT: Authority is not the same as being mean!

Authority is all about being in charge, and telling the girl what you want. It’s NOT about degrading her, making her feel uncomfortable, or being too serious.

One of my favorite things is when a guy is authoritative in a playful way. It’s more about him knowing that I enjoy him being in charge, that he’s not afraid to tell me what he wants, and that I can just safely give in to him.

Remember, authority is one of the best ways to get and keep a woman 100% sexually satisfied.

This wraps up your 10 Sex Lessons.

One of the first steps to giving your girl the strongest orgasms of her life is RECOGNIZING that YOU have control over her orgasms.

My point is that you should never blame your girl for not coming. Always be honest with yourself, and ask yourself if you are really sexually satisfying her.

Let’s talk about some of the types of orgasms women are capable of having.

Foreplay Orgasms:

These orgasms take place during foreplay (or “pre-penetration” as I like to call it).

Foreplay orgasms are sooo important… because they allow your lover to “warm up” and have multiple orgasms later when you penetrate her =)

Every GREAT lover should have the following foreplay orgasms in his playbook:

Nipple Orgasm: Not all women can have an orgasm through nipple stimulation alone, but since a personally know a few who can I had to put it in here to make the article complete!

Clitoral Orgasm: This orgasm concentrates on the clitoris. Not as intense as the deep spot and other vaginal orgasms but still a great warm up and relatively easy to give.

“Deep Spot” Orgasm: The “deep spot” orgasm is often the first time many woman have a true “internal” orgasm, as it’s usually easier for a woman to have one of these than it is for her to have one during sex.

“G-Spot” Orgasm: Similar to the deep spot orgasm but not quite as intense. Still a great orgasm to have in the bag of tricks to get her “primed” for multiples during sex.

Now let’s talk about some of the orgasms women are capable of having during PENETRATION:

Penetration Orgasms:

Vaginal Orgasm: Normal orgasm while you are inside of her, much like the “deep spot” orgasm. Usually more intense than any foreplay orgasm but for some woman very difficult to achieve. Far easier to achieve AFTER a foreplay orgasm.

Anal orgasm: This occurs when you have a clitoral or vaginal orgasm during “rear entry”. It feels very different to a girl than a clitoral or vaginal orgasm alone =)

Multiple Orgasms: Multiple orgasms are when your lover has an orgasm and you give her another (or many) orgasms right after. This is different than the continuous orgasm which is described next.

Continuous Orgasm: This is when your girl has an orgasm but instead of letting her sexual excitement come down (as many women think they have to because they are sensitive) you INSTEAD keep going and often even harder. This causes her to start orgasming UNCONTROLLABLY and over and over. With a continuous orgasm she will often be EXHAUSTED after and will always say she had not idea how many orgasms she had. 99% of women need to be verbally talked through a continuous orgasm as it is rare that previous lovers have EVER given this to her. She also has no way to do this herself through masturbation. If you give your girl this she just might become sexually addicted to you, so only do this with a girl you REALLY like!

How to Give Her A Deep Spot Fingering Orgasm:

Step1) Make sure your hands and nails are clean and trimmed.. otherwise not only will you cut and irritate her skin but she will not have an orgasm.

Step 2) Warm up as usual kissing her, rubbing her, both of you get naked

Step 3) Insert your longest finger (middle finger) palm up inside of her and go AS FAR BACK as you can

Step 4) While kissing her and (then stopping kissing her as she gets REALLY turned on) push the tip of your finger into the top back wall of her vagina in a curling motion (go deep!)

Step 5) Start slow, then vary the speed and pressure according to her response, steadily increasing pressure and intensity as you go. Most women need around 5 minutes of this stimulation to have an orgasm, but it’s different for everybody. One thing is for sure though… when she DOES finally have an orgasm this way, YOU WILL KNOW IT!
